Refund Policy

Welcome to Royal Cab Rajasthan. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are processed.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Refund is only applicable on advance payments.
  • No refund will be provided for completed rides.

2. Cancellation Refund

  • If you cancel 24 hours before ride, you may get full or partial refund.
  • If cancellation is done last-minute, refund may not be applicable.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer does not show up at pickup location, no refund will be given.

4. Service Failure

Refund may be provided in case of:

  • Driver not arriving
  • Wrong service provided
  • Booking not confirmed but payment deducted

5. Delay & External Factors

No refund for delays due to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Road issues

6. Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to original payment method.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
